What are the terms and conditions of a SignEasy license?
A SignEasy account can be used by a single user irrespective of if he is an individual or a member of an organization, which has purchased our volume licensing plan. Each person must have a unique email address and his or her own user license. You can use your SignEasy account from multiple devices that belong to you personally. SignEasy reserves the right to investigate and suspend any account which violates our Terms of Service.
Who is a sender?
A sender is someone who signs documents and/or send documents to others for signature.
Do the people I send documents to for signature have to pay anything?
No. They need not even be a SignEasy user to sign the documents send to them for signature.
How will I be billed?
All the subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the year, unless you cancel the auto renewal.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be billed only for the current year, and automatic annual renewal will be canceled. However, no partial refund will be provided, and your account will continue to be in the existing plan till your subscription expires.
